FSCA Sportsmanship Complaint
According to the NSCA rules of conduct (IV., Rules of Conduct), shooters are required to submit a formal written complaint to shoot management when witnessing a violation of NSCA rules. In addition, shoot management must submit a written report to the NSCA of written complaints received along with a report of action taken. This form was designed to standardize the written sportsmanship complaints submitted to the FSCA. Complaints cannot be anonymous. This form would only be used to document a formal complaint or protest occurring at a NSCA sanctioned event. For any safety violation or complaint happening outside of a NSCA sanctioned event, please call and speak with club management. Club information can be found here https://flsportingclays.com/blank

It is the complainant's responsibility to understand the rule that has been violated, allowing for clear and concise reporting of the occurrence. NSCA rules can be found here for clarity starting on page 9 of the 2024 rule book.
